WR bid’s a fond farewell to Alison Randall

The firm would like to celebrate the retirement of Alison Randall, who retires from the firm after an amazing 38 years with the team.

Alison has been with the firm since 1982 and became a Partner back in April 2013. As the head of the firms specialist Estates team she has focused much of her career working with family businesses, supporting clients with all aspects of Personal and Trust Taxation. During this time she has helped guide many of her clients and shape countless members of the firm’s talented team.

WR had planned a farewell gathering for the team to bid Alison a fond farewell, but due to the current restrictions, this has unfortunately been postponed. However, this has not stopped the team as they managed a firm-wide video call to celebrate, over 180 members of the team were invited too truly make the most of the situation!

Helen Spencer, Managing Partner, and good friend of Alison had this to say, “I want to wish Alison all the best in her retirement, her dedication to WR and her clients is something she should be very proud of. She has been a role model and has shaped many careers during her time at the firm, leaving some big shoes to fill. We wish her the very best for her retirement and hope she enjoys spending more valuable time with her family and grandchildren”

See above just a small number of the WR team all celebrating Alison's retirement on the call - we couldn't fit them all on the screen!
