Business Leader Group

WR Partners Business Leader Group (“BLG”) brings together small groups of Senior Business Leaders who meet quarterly to discuss topics and exercises to improve business performance.

The BLG sessions are led by our experienced team who share information and insights alongside the delivery of hands-on exercises.

The sessions are interactive, and we allow time for business leaders to share their own experiences and discuss issues and opportunities which are on their own individual agendas.

In addition to the quarterly meetings, we can arrange for you to have 1-2-1 coaching sessions with one of the WR Mindshop Facilitators. These sessions are set to help you explore business development strategies, your personal and business progress and, identify potential issues/opportunities.

The Business Leaders Group events have been invaluable in helping us to shape our company direction and strategy this year. The sessions are the perfect mix of slides/content and opportunities for discussion and sharing ideas with other business leaders. I always leave the sessions with actionable takeaways and feeling energised.

“We know that being a leader in a small or medium-sized business can be a very lonely place. It is tough enough at the best of times, but the last few years have seen so much uncertainty and change that many of our clients have been crying out for more support to help them face their challenges.”
