Tracey joined the firm at the beginning of the millennium after spending 10 years in industry. She brought with her an expertise in finance and administrative control and systems.
The remit of the Financial Controller is to organise, computerise and centralise the functions of the firm and house all the systems under one roof: Central Finance.
Tracey has been instrumental in the success of the firms payroll bureau and has introduced a number of improved methods and software.
She also manages the administrative support staff, ensuring continuity of postal/scanning/reception duties. Tracey’s direct client involvement is through her coordination of client insurance for fee protection, invoicing, credit control management and payroll matters.
